Ronsdale Garden acts as a harmonious integration of two vastly contrasting design styles – Western Luxury and Organic Modern.
Upon entering the apartment, guests are greeted with a grand view of an illustrative Italian Patagonia marble slab, with light piercing through the layers of the stone creating an intricate spectacle of multi-dimensional illumination. The ornamental metal frame celebrating the feature stone slab further enhances the luxurious ambiance of the space.
Symmetry is utilized to create a balanced and cohesive dining area, as seen in the light gray wallpaper complimenting the feature piece. The dining area is finalized by a simple and elegant dining table, sitting bold and center in the space.
The notion is repeated in the living room, with the symmetrical design highlighting elements of traditional Western interiors. The luxury residential designer cleverly utilized light-colored walls and ceilings to open the atmosphere and embrace the reflections of light. The vast area is complimented with simple furniture and chandeliers appealing to the Organic Modern design style.
The luxury residential designer paid close attention to the threshold areas, creating a sense of privacy through the clever use of a sliding textured glass partition. The design of the partition utilized glass and metal, reducing the space taken up in the interior.
The entry into the master bedroom has been carefully and meticulously designed with artificial leather, emulating an elegant and comfortable space for rest.
The luxury residential designer specifically tailored the spaces within the home with the client’s preferences and habits in mind, designed with functions that can be adjusted according to the needs of the elderly.
The multi-functional hall created by a combination of two rooms transforms not only into a gathering place but a generous bedroom for the client’s parents when needed. The wall cabinets are embellished with a unique organic pattern, complimented by the herringbone floors. The walls of the room are beautifully adorned with rose gold and black steel, building a hierarchy of materials within the space. The luxury residential designer cleverly utilized the space above the light trough as storage areas, maximizing each square inch of the room.
The semi-open kitchen is integrated with the porch, which creates a unique spatial layout. The luxury residential designer maximizes space efficiency by converting the internal wall into a workbench, allowing the family to enjoy the act of cooking together.
The master bedroom is a victorious depiction of elegance and functionality. The luxury residential designer arranged a simple and classic wardrobe to the side of the bedroom, creating a large storage area space. The storage shelves mirror the design on the other side of the room, reflecting the Western luxury design style. The show-stopping feature of the bedroom is the intricately carved leather wall, echoing the design of the entry door. The craftsmanship of the wall can be seen miles away, even more, stunning when observed up close.
The thoughtful arrangement of the home can only be credited to the luxury residential designer, with deep care placed in understanding the habitual routine of the family, adhering to each element of the house towards their daily patterns.
An atmosphere of luxury is exuded from the master bathroom through the elements of marble and metal. The architectural features enhance the ambiance through details such as the sloped edge of the wash basin, widened partition doors, and thresholds. To further enhance the user experience, the designer customized metal handrails and marble bath chairs in the shower area. The designer’s extreme care of detail resonates in the custom towel warmers and wide flat toilet paper holder, allowing guests to place their mobile phones when inconvenienced.
Moving into the guest bathroom, the luxury residential designer was provided with a narrow space, hence making the creative decision to utilize stone materials with vivid textures in order to enhance the visual impact of the space. The designer continues to develop the interior by introducing curved edges to the design creating a well-rounded and friendly environment, as well as a cleverly hidden ventilation system that maintains the coherent aesthetic of the bathroom.
Pertaining to the activities of the elderly, the luxury residential designer carefully considered their safety regarding night-time activities. Sensor light strips are placed at the bottom of their bed, their cabinets, and their mirror to provide ample lighting for safe navigation in the nighttime.
