The original layout of the apartment presented the clients with a problem of the master bedroom facing the bathroom, but with the help of the SOSA team, the apartment was cleverly reconfigured to suit the family and their way of life.
The line between exterior and interior is brilliantly blurred in the space of Regency Park. The natural environment is beautifully reflected in the interior space of the apartment, created by the luxury interior designer by utilizing varying shapes and colors.
The colors exhibited within the apartment were carefully considered by the luxury interior designer, connecting with the natural environment surrounding the site itself. The balcony area is adorned with a delicate green sheer curtain which reveals the intricate bamboo-inspired woven hanging chairs. A harmonious relationship between the green and brown elements of the house beautifully interacts with the mountainous scenery beyond the balcony. The compelling arrangement of curves and lines in combination with the shades of neutrals creates a profound scene of natural beauty.

Another architectural feature to admire in the apartment is the elegant patchwork wooden door, elevating the simple space with a piece of dedicated craftsmanship. The attention to detail throughout the space is what ties the whole apartment together into one alluring experience.
The luxury interior designer ensured that the house’s functionality did not fall short of the design, in order to do so a smart lighting system was installed allowing for flexible and efficient systems. Additionally, features such as an intelligent audio-visual system and extendable multi-functional cabinet were added to the space.
Even the bathrooms were designed with a detail-oriented focus, with each tile created with a different texture in order to create a unique environment. The master bathroom is adorned with artistic murals emphasizing a personal taste within the home.
The motif is carried into the kitchen where the luxury home interior designer used hand-made wall tiles imported from Europe creating a vibrant and welcoming environment. This feature wall highly elevates the cooking space and speaks to the lively environment of the family home.
The natural and modern aesthetic is maintained within the children’s living space, with specially designed open cabinets and reading corners by the luxury interior designer catered towards the children. Even the lighting system was carefully adjusted in order to protect their eyesight.
